Teams are a tough one.
It’s difficult to accomplish anything significant without a team. Big projects demand more skills, talents, and ideas than any one person can provide.
But teams take energy, time, and care.
Getting a team aligned and keeping them aligned is an investment. If team members aren’t marching in the same direction, it’s worse than having no team at all.
Sometimes this means stopping progress entirely until everybody is aligned again. This can be challenging and painful to do, but it’s particularly important if you’re feeling misaligned.
Nobody can accomplish on their own as much as you can accomplish with a strong, aligned team.
