Today, I thought I’d experiment with a new (potentially semi-regular) post format.
I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the latest and greatest (and occasionally not-so-great) from ProductHunt.
Here’s what I liked and disliked from today’s Hunts:
Liked
Helperbird – Helperbird is an extension that helps people with colorblindness, dyslexia, and similar issues. While I don’t have any of these issues, I have friends who do and it’s nice to see a project that improves their lives with poise and grace.
Disliked
Dragula – Dragula is basically a wrapper around the popular (and excellent) stock image site Unsplashed. The name is clever, but I’m not really sure what the point is. I use Unsplashed constantly, and I’ve never had an issue searching or downloading images. This just seems like ProductHunt clickbait.
